DISABLED pupil Loh Xin Yee has proven that her physical disabilities are no barrier to academic excellence.
The SJK (C) Hing Hwa pupil from Ipoh not only achieved straight As in the seven subjects that she sat for in the Ujian Penilaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) examination but also became the only disabled candidate to obtain a perfect score.
