A TOTAL of 3,500 low-cost units in 14 low-cost apartment areas in Selangor have yet to receive rebates in the form of free water.
This was revealed by Selangor Mentri besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim to a question from Lau Weng San (PR-Kampung Tunku) during the state assembly session in Shah Alam yesterday.
