AS THE ever increasing number of skyscrapers thrust the old areas into their shadows, they have failed to dwarf the spirit of the affected communities.

In recent years, several old communities in the Klang Valley are in the limelight and interestingly, the younger generation is the group making every effort to ensure the former are not forgotten or disappear.
