Taman Kampar residents know that when it rains heavily, a flashflood is likely to occur

WHENEVER dark skies appear over Ipoh, Taman Kampar resident Eddy Ng will cringe and start to worry about flashfloods.

His fears are not unfounded because since he moved into the area in 2009, he noticed that flashfloods occured at the residential area each time it rained heavily, even for just an hour or so.
