JOHOR BARU: Hundreds of last minute Deepavali shoppers hit the streets yesterday to take advantage of good discounts and purchase clothes and cookies for the Festival of Lights which falls tomorrow.
R. Malathy, 40, said she had travelled from Singapore at around 8am just to beat the traffic and cross over to Johor Baru.
