TWO majestic kuthu vilakku (oil lamps) have lent an air of festivity to the Komtar concourse area in front of Maybank in Lebuh Teik Soon.
The giant oil lamps, made of styrofoam and standing at 3.65m, were displayed on each side of a kolam made of styrofoam.
