MIRI: The public and private learning institutions have been told to monitor and analyse the quality of their graduates to match the needs of the labour market.
Welfare, Women and Family-Development Minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah said while scoring excellent results was important, young graduates must also know about good working ethics, continuous learning and competitiveness to survive in the real working environment.
