KUCHING: Harn Len Pelita Bengunan Sdn Bhd and two native customary rights (NCR) landowners have been given a chance to resolve their disputes to avoid the case going for court trial.
The High Court here has fixed the case to be mentioned on Jan 31 next year to monitor any possibility of the plantation company and NCR landowners, Augustine Gawan James Evin and Sili Jampong, striking a deal to settle their disputes.
