Grade C food premises face closure order if they fail to upgrade health status


KUCHING: Some 98 licensees and operators food outlets with Grade B and Grade C health rating in areas under Padawan Municipal Council (MPP)’s jurisdiction have been asked to buck up or face closure.

The “verbal warning” was issued during a dialogue session at MPP building, Mile 10 here. MPP chairman Lo Khere Chiang said the 98 licensees and operators were called up following frequent public complaints.
