I AM not a pet-loving person and I am also totally against pet owners who do not pick up after their furry friends, be it in a public park, the street or their neighbour’s backyard. Wouldn’t it just be a pain if you are walking outside and just happen to step on your neighbour’s dog poop?
Having had the opportunity to visit the US for six months, I got to observe how the people there manage their pets when it comes to pet decorum. For example, what would happen if you choose not to pick up your pooch’s poop?
