THE Perak Welfare Department has identified 319 flood relief centres in view of the coming northeast monsoon weather and is on standby to set them up in the event of floods.
Its director, Datuk Chong Phaik Kee said the relief centres were usually set up at primary school halls or classrooms so as not to disrupt the on-going examinations for secondary school students.
