JOHOR BARU: Phase one of the multi-billion ringgit Johor City Centre Transformation project will start in the first-quarter of next year.
The opening up and cleaning of Sungai Segget would mark the ambitious plan to transform Johor Baru into a vibrant city within the next five to seven years.
