THE public have been urged to join the police volunteer reserves (PVR) and help the police fight crime.

Perak CPO Deputy Comm Datuk Mohd Shukri Dahlan said the police would launch a recruitment drive for PVR in November and called on the people to do their part to contribute to society by assisting the police in keeping public safety.
