Bands stir it up with a mix of old and new

PLENTY of action on the pub front as the merry month of October rolls along.

Over in Backyard Sri Hartamas, the JAMFest is in its third week and the music continues to be a major crowd-puller for the outlet. This week expect some great ethnic and jazz vibes.

Souled Out is also celebrating Oktoberfest with a bang at both its outlets, in Sri Hartamas and Ampang.

The Ampang outlet turns one this month and there will be great fun to be had as eclectic mod rockers Mad Sally show up to turn on the heat on Oct 20.

Oh, and the King is in the house, at least in Mandolin as it celebrates Elvis night tonight.
