THE newly launched RM1.9bil Star Central@Cyberjaya by the Emkay Group has further strengthened the company’s foothold in the Silicon Valley.
The first phase of the mixed development project on a 7.2ha site will be developed by Joyful Star Sdn Bhd (JSSB), a subsidiary of the Emkay Group.
