Telco services in Kinrara disrupted after cable theft

THE telecommunication services of some 800 households in Taman Kinrara Section 5, Puchong, was temporarily disrupted recently due to theft of Telekom telephone cables in their neighbourhood.

“The Telekom personnel suspected that the theft occurred between 3am and 5am, and estimated about 1,200m of cables worth RM50,000 were stolen,” said Puchong MCA chairman Datuk Wong Hock Aun.
