DATUK Dr Ho Sinn Chye has been appointed as the new vice-chancellor and chief executive officer of Wawasan Open University (WOU) in Penang effective Oct 1.
Ho, 67, who joined WOU since 2007, succeeded Prof Datuk Dr Wong Tat Meng who held the post from Dec 6, 2009 until his retirement last month.
