Boost for the disabled Federal Government plans to launch pre-school pilot project by year-end

GEORGE TOWN: The Federal Government plans to launch pre-schools for disabled children by December, this year, said Women, Family and Community Development Ministry secretary-general Datuk Dr Noorul Ainur Mohd Nur.

“My team and I will hold a special discussion sometime next week on the project with all the other stakeholders. We will most likely launch the first Taska OKU pilot project on Dec 1, to coincide with the day marked for those who are disabled,” Dr Noorul said.
