GEORGE TOWN: A Penang municipal councillor has denied claims by the state Perkasa Youth head Mohd Rizuad Mohd Azudin that the licence for the latter’s family shop in Teluk Bahang was revoked due to interference from Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng.
Ong Ah Teong said there were contradicting facts in Rizuad’s appeal letters to the council.
