KUCHING: The Federal Court has dismissed an appeal to strike out a suit brought by a group of Penans claiming native customary rights (NCR) over their land in Long Lamai, Ulu Baram.
The suit was filed in 2007 by Balare Jabu, James Lalo Keso, Toreng Gia, Stanly Petrus and Stephen Belare, who represented all the native customary landowners in Long Lamai.
