SEMASA Sentral Sdn Bhd, the management of Stesen Sentral Kuala Lumpur (SSKL) or KL Sentral, has further improved its 24-hour free porter service to assist commuters with their luggage.
The improvement is focused on making the service more visible to the public by establishing a service desk in plain view of the public and ensuring easy visibility of the porter via the wearing of a bright orange vest uniform for all porter staff.
