UiTM students set new record with longest treadmill run

KUCHING: Students of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Samarahan Campus has set a new record with the “Longest Run on a Treadmill by a Group” in the Malaysia Book of Records, clocking at 120 hours.

In what started out as a class project, nine students from the university undertook the record-breaking attempt, which kicked off on campus grounds at 11am last Monday and ended yesterday at the Sarawak Regatta and Science and Innovation Carnival at Kuching Waterfront.
