BUTTERWORTH: Penang Barisan Nasional chief Teng Chang Yeow said it is unfair of the state government to ask him to explain the “cheap sale” of 830ha of state land which happened over 30 years ago in Penang.
He said he was unable to provide details on the matter which happened in the 80s and 90s as he was a state executive councillor only from 2004 until 2008.
