Teng queried over 830ha ‘cheap’ land deals

GEORGE TOWN: In what appears to be a tit-for-tat move, the state government has asked Penang Barisan Nasional chairman Teng Chang Yeow to explain the “cheap sale” of more than 830ha land in the state.

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said all the transactions were done when Teng was part of the Barisan’s state administration before 2008.
