SEVEN-YEAR-OLD Chow Hing Tung won over the judges’ hearts and was picked as the winner of the Kids Merdeka Costume Fashion Contest.
Fifteen children below the age of 12 took part in the contest, which was organised by The Mines for the fourth consecutive year.
