Penang police doing a good job, says new CPO

THE state’s crime rate dropped by 18.6% from 2009 to August this year, said Penang police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Abd Rahim Hanafi.

He lauded the effort of his personnel who worked “day and night” in order to attain such a huge drop.
