PLB Terang awarded sanitary landfill contract

PLB Group’s subsidiary company, PLB Terang Sdn Bhd, has been awarded a 20-year concession contract to operate and manage the Pulau Burung sanitary landfill in Nibong Tebal.

Penang Local Government and Traffic Management Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow said the Penang-based company, which beat 13 other contenders in an open tender process, had begun operations in July.
