GEORGE TOWN: The state Barisan Nasional Youth has handed over its RM5,000 reward to the police for the capture of the snatch thief allegedly responsible for the death of Tan Kim Chuan in Rifle Range.
Its chief Oh Tong Keong said the reward was handed over to Penang police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Abd Rahim Hanafi.
