THIS week we welcomed Prashant Kumar, the regional president and CEO of Malaysia for IPG Mediabrands. As always, Salmiah Isa lived up to her reputation of serving up nasi tomat, ayam masak merah and an array of mouth-watering curries.
Upon laying his eyes on the feast before him, Kumar gushed his appreciation for the spicy fare: “How wonderful, it’s an honour. Thank you, I’m really looking forward to eating this. I love spicy food. When I go to Nandos, my choice is always extra-hot peri-peri and then I add extra sauce. So, I’m totally into hot. My only caveats are beef and pork, which I do not eat as a matter of respect for my relatives.”
