LAST week, the European Stability Mechanism (i.e. the Eurozone bailout fund) was questioned by German court of its legality to help bailout ailing economies.
Finland also warned that Eurozone might dissolve and urged other Euro nations to make contingency plan for such mishap. Political uncertainties are high in Europe amid tax hikes, spending cuts and labour market reform. The upcoming election in Netherland next month may add tension to the European monetary policy.
