KUCHING: The Sarawak Cabinet has agreed to restructure the state Welfare Department, says Welfare, Women and Family Development Minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah.
Fatimah told a press conference following yesterday’s state Cabinet meeting that the state government would allow the department to create 27 new posts and to revise upwards the existing salary scheme for a number of positions.
