Ismail Sabri: Cooperatives can be set up by mosques

BERA: Mosques can also play a part in contributing and generating economic activities, apart from hosting religious programmes, said Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consume-rism Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

He said there were cooperatives set up and managed by mosques which could be a catalyst for economic activities, to help increase funds for mosques.
