CAP calls on govt to solve traffic woes in problem areas


GEORGE TOWN: Swift action has to be taken to end road congestions on the island before the place becomes uninhabitable, said the Consumers Association of Penang (CAP).

Its president S.M. Mohamed Idris called on the Penang government to immediately act and solve the traffic woes along many busy roads here.
