KUANTAN: Councillors from the Kuantan Municipal Council organised a series of walkabout around the weekend and night markets after receiving complaints from the people.
Led by councillors Andy Chiew, Ngoh Tian Meng and Pang Ching Chay, they spent several hours to gather information and prepare a report.
