GEORGE TOWN: Grassroots leaders and members of Barisan Nasional component parties must speak up against incompetent leaders, said former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamed.
He said many members dared not reprimand certain leaders who had veered off course from the coalition’s political struggle or failed to perform up to expectation.
