IT IS hard to be an expat columnist in Malaysia and not write about Malay food. I’ve tried to shy away from it because it is very rare to read any print or online publication at any day without coming across an article exalting the wonders and richness of Malay cuisine.
Staying away from the subject is extremely difficult being the foodie that I am. I embrace culinary adventures from Mediterranean, Middle Eastern to Asian cuisines and more.
