MOST of his life, Leong Chee Ming, who suffers from a rare condition called the “port wine stain”, which causes the blood vessels on his face to swell, has been hiding from the public eye.
The 42-year-old, who is desperate for a new lease of life, had his prayers answered recently when Serdang MCA chairman Datuk Liew Yuen Keong offered to seek help for Leong’s treatment.
