MENTAKAB: A local government can only serve the people better with a more balance representation from all races, Pahang deputy state secretary (management) Datuk Mohamad Ridzwan Tahar said.
Mohamad Ridzwan said he was concerned with the low number of Chinese and Indians serving in the local authorities which was the third level of governance after the Federal and state governments.
