MORE drivers in Seberang Prai have switched from the daily parking coupons to monthly car parking stickers issued by the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) to avoid being slapped with summonses.
Municipal councillor Soon Lip Chee said the number of monthly parking stickers sold by the council had increased, especially after the council started giving a RM25 discount on the stickers in July 2009.
