KUCHING: About 200 village headmen in Santubong parliamentary constituency want the incumbent Datuk Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar to be retained in the impending general election.
Kampung Bako chief, Suhaili Othman, said they had sent a memorandum on the matter to Prime Minister and Barisan Nasional president Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Chief Minister Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud about a month ago after a seminar.
