KUCHING: Information leaflets of parties in both the Government and Opposition will no longer contain any caricatures, unlike those in previous years, said Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office Datuk Ahmad Maslan.
“The Election Commission (EC) announced its new ruling just a few days ago that all caricatures and other cartoon-ish images depicting either side would be disallowed from now onwards,” he told reporters at a press conference yesterday, held in conjunction with his visit to the state.
