RESIDENTS living in two blocks of apartments in Jalan Sepadu, Taman United Garden, off Old Klang Road, are fed-up with Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) for giving them the runaround on safety and cleanliness problems in their neighbourhood for more than a decade.
They said the many problems which have been brought to the attention of City Hall officers remained unresolved.
