RESIDENTS of Taman Connaught Phase 4 in Cheras will be forming a residents’ association (RA) soon and make their neighbourhood a guarded community.
Pro-tem chairman Tan Wang Keah said the recent increase in snatch thefts and house break-ins had prompted residents to take pro-active measures to safeguard the area.
