THE Kepong Community Service Centre is proposing that the Housing and Local Government Ministry amends the Local Government Act 1976 to provide better public service and amenities to condominium and apartment residents.
The service centre head, Yee Poh Ping, said all low, medium and high-cost apartment owners were not only paying assessment but also maintenance fee, depending on the unit size.
