BENTONG: The introduction of Good Agriculture Practice (GAP) is a move by the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Risda) for smallholders to increase latex production as well as their income.
Rural and Regional Development Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal said the practice in agriculture had helped smallholders earned more than RM2,500 per month with better skills and techniques provided to them.
