APPROXIMATELY 70 women and a few men were treated to a live demonstration on cooking the minty Hakka dish known as Lei Cha (pounded tea) at a Mother’s Day celebration last Sunday.
Organised by the Petaling Jaya Utara Wanita MCA, the cooking demo was performed by Seputeh Wanita MCA chairman Chai Yat Chiew at the Loong Foong restaurant in Jalan SS25/23, Petaling Jaya.
