ABOUT 450 students from all nine Chinese independent schools in the state turned the Perak Stadium in Ipoh into a friendly battleground.
Representing their respective schools, the students took part in various track and field competitions such as sprinting, long jump, shot putt and javelin throwing in the recent state-level independent Chinese secondary school sports day.
