STUDENTS from University Sains Malaysia (USM) were given an opportunity to sign up as volunteers with non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in Penang during a carnival at the varsity.
Organised by AIESEC (global youth organisation) in USM and the Right Livelihood College, 21 NGOs here took part in the ‘Community Service Carnival,’ which is an initiative under the ‘Lifting Others through Voluntary Engagement — (Love 2012)’ programme.
