THE abundance of junk cars dumped at public areas has caused them to become an eyesore, and the Penang Municipal Council will continue with its campaign to clear such vehicles from these areas.
Its infrastructure and transport committee member L. Prem Anand said such vehicles were usually towed by the council after receiving numerous complaints from the public.
