SEGAMAT: Fatimah Singoh, 65, considered herself as ‘lucky’ when the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Risda) enrolled her into its rubber leaf handicraft programme 16 years ago.
“I have learned a lot from the programme, learning how to process rubber leaves and turn it into ornamental flowers and various handicrafts,” she said.
